College & Young Adult Ministry of Morningside Community Church

Our focus is to be "family" to the students and young adults at SDSU and the Brookings area. AHAH meets weekly (Sunday evenings) for a large group gathering. We enjoy a home cooked meal, play games, pray for each other, discuss what God is teaching us...we just spend time together getting to know each other! AHAH has been known to go shooting at a local farm, take home baked cookies to the hospital and police department employees dressed in costumes and go on a scavenger hunt.
We like to have fun!!!

Our staff also gets together with individual students for lunch or coffee to discuss what is going on in their lives, have students over for dinner, or have an inpromptu movie night.
Being away from home can be tough...we want to make it a little easier!

We also know college can be a difficult time to remain strong in your faith. AHAH is here to support you in not only maintaining the spiritual foundation your parents have helped you establish, but to build it into your own vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Come join us and be a part of a family!

Each Sunday night we get together for fun, food, friendship and family.  Everyone's welcome, so bring your friends!

We usually meet at Pastor Dan & Lisa Beekman's home @ 6pm.

We also do many special activities that occasionally require us to meet at a different location and/or at a different time on a particular Sunday, so check with one of our staff members to make sure you know when & where we're going to be on Sunday evening!

Invite a Friend with an AHAH E-vite!

Want to send an e-vite to come join us at AHAH?

 

These are FREE, so send as many as you'd like to all your friends!

To send an e-vite, just follow these simple steps:

      1.  "Right-click" on the e-vite below.
                  (that means click with the Right button on your mouse, instead of the left one)
      2.  When the little window pops up, select "Copy" or "Copy Image".
                  (depending on what type of computer and internet browser you are using)
      3.  Open a new email and "Right-click" again in the empty space of the main body of your email
                  (the big blank area where you normally type your message)
      4.  This time, when the little pop-up window opens, select "Paste"
                   ...and now the e-vite picture is in your email!
      5.  Go ahead and write a note to your friend(s) if you want.
                  (Don't forget to put in his/her/their email address(es) and a "subject" in the Subject line.)
      6.  Hit send!  You're done!
